Users agree to provide accurate and complete information when requesting a service, creating an account or making a booking.

Mistry reserves the right to refuse, cancel or reschedule a service request where necessary due to operational limitations, vehicle condition, technician availability, parts availability or other reasonable circumstances.

3. Service Bookings

Service bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Mistry. A booking request does not necessarily constitute final confirmation until it has been accepted or confirmed by Mistry.

Customers are responsible for providing correct vehicle, contact and service-related information at the time of booking.

4. Vehicle Inspection and Diagnosis

Vehicle inspection and diagnosis may be required before a repair or service can be carried out.

The final scope and cost of work may vary depending on the actual condition of the vehicle discovered during inspection or diagnosis.

Where additional repairs or parts are required, Mistry may inform the customer and obtain appropriate approval before proceeding with additional work, where applicable.

5. Service Charges and Payments

Customers agree to pay the applicable charges for services, parts, labour and other approved work performed by Mistry.

Prices may vary depending on the vehicle model, service requirements, parts used, labour involved and actual vehicle condition.

Any applicable taxes, payment processing charges or other applicable fees may be added to the stated service price.

6. Spare Parts and Components

Depending on the service requirement, Mistry may use genuine, OEM, recommended or otherwise suitable replacement parts, subject to availability and customer approval where applicable.

Availability of specific brands or parts may vary depending on the vehicle model and supplier availability.

7. Warranty on Services

Certain repairs or services may be covered by a warranty provided by Mistry, the relevant manufacturer or parts supplier, subject to the applicable warranty terms.

Warranty coverage may not apply to damage caused by accidents, misuse, negligence, unauthorized modifications, improper maintenance or circumstances outside the scope of the applicable warranty.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about their vehicle and informing Mistry of any known defects, modifications, previous repairs or relevant vehicle conditions that may affect the requested service.

Customers should remove valuable personal belongings from the vehicle before handing it over for service. Mistry shall not be responsible for personal belongings left inside the vehicle unless otherwise required by applicable law.

9. Vehicle Collection and Delivery

Where vehicle pickup and drop services are available, the service may be subject to location, availability, scheduling and applicable charges.

Customers must ensure that the vehicle is accessible and available at the agreed time and location.

10. Towing and Emergency Assistance

Towing and emergency vehicle assistance may be subject to availability, location, vehicle condition and applicable charges.

Estimated arrival times are indicative and may vary due to traffic, weather, distance, vehicle accessibility and other circumstances beyond our control.

11. Insurance and Accidental Repairs

Mistry may assist customers with accidental repair and insurance claim-related services where applicable.

Insurance claim approval, settlement and payment are subject to the terms, conditions and decisions of the relevant insurance company. Mistry does not guarantee approval of any insurance claim.

12. Electric Vehicle Services

EV battery inspection, diagnosis, testing and repair services involve high-voltage electrical systems and may require specialized equipment and procedures.

Mistry may perform services such as HV battery diagnosis, battery cell testing and balancing, BMS diagnosis, cell voltage and SOC assessment, insulation testing and CAN communication diagnosis, subject to vehicle compatibility and technical feasibility.

13. User Accounts

Where an account is required, Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for activities performed through their account.

Users must notify Mistry if they become aware of unauthorized access to their account.

14. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Provide false or misleading information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the website or application.
• Misuse any service, promotional offer or booking system.
